POLICY

The following regulations apply to the rules of using the services provided by Dogfulness - Agata Seruga, NIP: 5252786965, registered at ul. Krechowiecka 5/2, 01-635 Warsaw. By signing up for selected classes/meetings, the Customer accepts the following terms of service.

1. Registration for selected courses, classes, consultations takes place in the form of sending an appropriate online form (assigned to a given event), contact by phone, e-mail, website (CONTACT tab) or via Facebook / Instagram (in a private message).

2. The customer may cancel the meeting without incurring any costs, no later than 24 hours before the agreed date. If the meeting is not canceled in advance, the Client bears 50% of the costs specified in the PRICE LIST.

3. Payment for the service can be made by traditional transfer to the account, BLIK to the telephone number or in cash during the meeting.

4. In order to receive an invoice, the Customer is obliged to provide full data to be included on it.

5. The prices given in the PRICE LIST apply only to a single meeting and services during it, while other meetings with other specialists (e.g. veterinarian, zoophysiotherapist, dietician) and/or additional accessories, supplements to be purchased after the meeting may be recommended (I DO NOT COOPERATE WITH ANY SPONSORS, MY RECOMMENDATIONS HAVE BEEN TESTED PERSONALLY BY ME, SO I KNOW I CAN TRUST THEM, I DO NOT RECEIVE ANY COMMISSION FROM RECOMMENDED PRODUCT/SERVICE).

6. The owners bear full responsibility for themselves and their dog during the meeting. Clothing (shoes) during training should be adequate to the weather and the ground.
